From my personal collection is this 1959 BKW Ginny in a darling "school outfit" catalog #1430, which is pictured on p.174 of the 2nd Ed. Encyclopedia of Vogue Dolls by Izen and Stover. Ginny has strawberry blonde braids, blue sleep eyes that open and close easily, and softly blushed cheeks. Her arms hold a pose, her walker works, and her knees bend easily. She is clean and free of any odors.
Ginny is wearing her all original green & blue plaid "school outfit" consisting of a cute plaid pleated skirt with attached collared white blouse, matching blue underpants, soft teal green felt jacket with white snaps, white socks and green marked shoes. Ginny comes with her original box #4 marked "Undressed Blonde Braids" in overall good vintage condition with a clear label, but scuffs and scrapes to the outside. She is just adorable and ready to display!
